Dear faithful supporters,

"Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; He has risen!” Luke 24:5-6  

At this time of year where we take extra time to focus on the death and resurrection of our Lord, it is our prayer that we all grow deeper in our understanding of His great love for us, and in turn show that same love to others.

We enjoyed a great Easter weekend here in Taiwan as we celebrated with Western and Taiwanese friends alike. We are daily thankful for the church family we have at Truth Church and for the opportunities to reach out into the community around us. We see the Lord at work in the lives of the Taiwanese people, and are praying for revival to come to this land!

Prayer Requests:

• Our Chinese language studies continue to go well. We are seeing much progress in our ability to communicate and comprehend, but daily need prayer for understanding and good time management.
• We have on average 40 Seekers attending our Bilingual Alpha Course on Friday nights at Truth. As the weeks go on the topics get deeper, so pray for open hearts and that each seeker may realize Jesus’ love for them.
• Please pray for our monthly support need of $400 to be met.

Praises:

• A young Taiwanese girl (English name is Fabiana) came to church with us on Easter Sunday. We met her over a year ago during a Bible club at which we were teaching. She greatly desires to have a relationship with the Lord and grow in Him, but she is facing opposition from her family. But praise the Lord that she said the service really encouraged her, and she was very happy to meet many new Christian friends.
• Praise the Lord for growing our Western team of co-workers! We are leading around 10 Western co-workers (American and British) at Truth Church. Praise the Lord for this team of people, and pray for continued unity as we build His Kingdom together in Taiwan!
