Our Current State

We've said good bye (hopefully only temporarily) to Alicia who has been a great help here in our Ministry.  She is U.S. bound and going to go finish up her degree.  After that we pray God has his way with her and we all hope that way is back to Taiwan!

We had a Thanksgiving Dinner for our last Alpha class.  We all enjoyed good food and good times.  We created 'turkeys' with our hands and then gave each other feathers listing how we were thankful for them.  We ended the day with an awarding ceremony for those that finshed the class with us.

God is doing great things at TLC.  Our Taiwanese co-workers are quite busy this week.  We accepting 45 new people to our family at TLC soon.  Some of the people are transfering to us because they've just moved to the area, but 20 of them are brand new Christians and will be Baptized!  Each new person must go through a kind of confirmation class with a Taiwanese Christian.  This process allows us to get a good idea of if the person really understands the Gospel and has really asked Christ into their life.  So our Taiwanese friends are very busy with all these new Believers.  It is a stressful time but Praise God for his great mercy.  We continue to see God work in great ways here in Taiwan.

We miss our friends Erich and Kelley.  They are currently touring the U.S. visiting churches and telling their story and raising support.  They will be back soon and we look forward to seeing them.

We'll have more of an update soon!
