Do you feel the Lord leading you to serve Him as a career missionary full-time? Although Crossing 7 Taiwan partners mostly with Tentmaking short-term missionaries who teach English to support themselves, we also offer a full-time missions option focused on longer-term missions in Asia. Because we are a small volunteer based organization we do not have the resources to process support funds and handle donor relations. But we are partnered with a US Missions Organization called Shepherd's Staff Mission Facilitators.

Joining us in Taiwan as a Full-Time missionary has the great benefit of allowing you to dive into full-time Mandarin Chinese studies (2-3 hrs./day Mon-Fri, plus 2-4 hrs. of daily homework). This means that you can become proficient at speaking, reading, and writing traditional Chinese in 2-4 years of full-time language study.

Another benefit of coming as a fully supported missionary is that not having to work as an English teacher gives you ample time to invest in various ministries at Truth Church.

To partner with Crossing 7 Taiwan as a full-time missionary, please follow these steps:

1. Apply for regular partnership with Crossing 7 Taiwan. If you are planning on joining us in the Summer, be sure to apply early enough (by January 31st at the latest), since you will be going through 2 separate application processes.
2. Upon acceptance, go through the regular application process with Shepherd's Staff. Be sure to keep us at Crossing 7 Taiwan informed on how this process is going. Be sure to contact us for a detailed breakdown of your estimated support needs and detailed visa information (you will most likely need to apply for a missionary visa).
