This week we were pretty short on English teachers because of a wedding but Father had the whole thing covered!

We played a new game called "Captain on Deck" where the Captain calls out a command and everyone has to quickly do it and try and keep themselves from getting out. I asked each small group to contribute a command to the game and I was so surprised how much they got into it!  Every single group had an epic command, tremendous feelings of success when sharing it with the group, and an overpowering enthusiasm in the game. We all could not stop laughing. This really livened the group to the message they were about to here--it was just a good morning for us all!!!

We then watched Nicky Gumbel speak about how to have faith. The small groups went really well from what I could tell and things seem to be getting a lot deeper and more personal for the groups. It is exciting. Here are some pictures from the last Alpha and some pictures from the past three.
